KUTSANYA NEKUNAMATA

Pane mamiriro ezvinhu muupenyu hwemutendi anogona kuda kunamata nekutsanya. Kunamata kwega kunogona kusabudisa mhinduro, asi kunamata kukabatanidzwa nekutsanya kunobuditsa mhinduro. 

Takarairwa kuti tinofanira kunamata nguva dzose. Kutsanya kuzvideredzera miviri nenyama yedu kumweya, muviri wobva wabvumira sekuda kwemweya. 

Thus, fasting , the willful abstaining from natural pleasures for spiritual purpose, has so much power and importance in the christian's life as show in the in the scriptures below:

Mark 9:14-29
Vadzidzi vakatadza kudzinga dhimoni. Jesu akavaudza kuti zverudzi urwu zvaida kutsanya
nekunamata. Kune mamwe masvingo anotokoromorwa nekutsanya nekunamata.

Daniel 10:12
Daniel aida kunzwisisa nguva yaaive. Akatsanya nekunamata kwemazuva makumi maviri
nerimwe. Mwari vakatuma ngirozi kuzomubatsira kunzwisisa.                   

2 Chronicles 20:3-12.
Mambo Jehoshaphat vakati nyika yose itsanye mushure mekutarisana nehondo huru. Vakanamata. Mwari akavarwira.

Esther 4:16
VaJudha vakanga vakatarisana nekuparadzwa kwerudzi rwose. Vakatsanya nekunamata . Mubhuku iri tinoona kuti Mwari akavarwira.

Conclusion
Sedungamunhu, zviripo muupenyu hwedu zvinogona kuda kutsanya nekunamata. Hungava hurwere, masvingo anoda kukoromorwa, nezvimwewo. Kurudziro yangu ndeyekuti ngatizviwanirei nguva yekutsanya nekunamata. Mwari vanopindura. Muswere munyasha.

 Mwari Vakuropafadzei. Amen.
